Hi, I am landing quite late at night 2115 hrs on Friday. I am not sure how long it takes to clear the customs and immigration. What would be the best alternative to get to my hotel - most economical method.

The most economical method is to take a Nankai express train to Namba Station (890 yen, 45 minutes) and walk to the hotel from there:
