Redeeming a rail pass at Haneda Airport

I am getting in fairly early in the morning (6 AM JST) to Haneda Airport off an international flight. I am also trying to get up to Nikko before 12PM so I can drop my baggage off at the hostel I am staying in.
From what I can tell you can't redeem your JR Rail Pass until 11AM at Haneda due to the exchange office opening at that time.
It would really kill me to waste 5 hours waiting for the office to open just to redeem my pass.
Do I have any other options to redeem the JR rail pass? Either in another location or before I arrive in Japan?
Any help would be appreciated!

I just realized that I will have to be going through Japan Station anyways so problem solved.
