Motegi Station to Honda collection hall

I'll be making a visit to the Honda Collection Hall on Jul 5th at the Twin Ring Motegi.
I wanted to know if it's more convenient to take the taxi or bus from Motegi Station to the Hall? And what would the fares be for each?

Except on large race days, I believe that buses to the Twin Ring are extremely infrequent or inexistent. The one way fare is 470 yen.
A taxi ride costs around 2000 yen.
