With my poor Japanese, according to http://www.shibazakura.jp/, Does it say that the Shibazakura Matsuri will be held until 20 May,2012?

We too are keeping an eye out for the flower festival. At the end of last year they said the event will be cancelled in 2012 but now they have listed an opening schedule. I would keep monitoring the webpage for any update information when the time comes to travel as the dates may change according to the blooming status.
