Blossoms: 10-20 petals, light pink
Usual flowering time: late March to April
Number of trees: relatively rare in Vancouver

- South side of Beach Avenue; between Cardero and Nicola Street
- SW and NW corner of Chestnut Street and Creelman Avenue
- 38th Avenue between Blenheim and Collingwood Street
- Comox Street, west of Denman Street
