December 4, 2017 - Rairaikyo Gorge
Rairaikyo is a natural gorge that features gorgeous trees, moss-covered rocks and a stunning view down to the crystal clear river below. Seeing the changing leaves and the lighting was fantastic. Lit-up reindeer, part of the nighttime light-up experience, looked just like the patronus from Harry Potter, a magical touch. They even have ashinoyu, a hot spring for your feet so you can warm up. I recommend bringing your own towel!
