March 2, 2014 - Tourist season in the spring.
Even though spring .....
Yamanashi, heavy snow was down between 14 to 15 February. Snow seems to have accumulated most in recorded history. But, transportation is moving still normal again.
Snow's piled up so at this time of year, it is likely rare. Tourist destination as well, so very vacant, it will be welcome wherever you go. If you go out and work hard, you may take once every few decades, rare photos.
