Planning to visit Manza onsen at the end of November.
What is the probability of snow at that time of the year in the area?

I could not find any specific data, but maybe 35%?
There can be first snow as early as late October, but the period with very high probability of snow does not start until December. In recent years many ski resorts in similar altitudes have had troubles opening in early December.
