Trip to Hokkaido & Tohoku in November

Hi, we are planning to visit the 2 places mentioned above and would like to know which are the places which are the most recommended to visit during November. Would also like to know which ryokan is the most affordable with good scenery too. This is my first time in Japan and would love it if you could help me with the itinerary! :)

Are you set on Tohoku and Hokkaido and November? It doesn�ft seem the best time of the year. Koyo is already over but winter hasn�ft started yet.

Have you considered the area around Nagano for example instead? Or other more central , southern areas?
