JR Pass - Gotemba to Nagasaki

Hi,
Is it worth getting the 14 days JR pass if I am only using it for the below:
1. Gotemba to Nagasaki
2. Nagasaki to Isahaya
3. Isahaya to Nagasaki
4. Nagasaki to Izurodori
5. Izurodori to Kumamoto
6. Beppu to Shinjuku
Does 14 days JR Pass cover the bus trips while in Beppu visiting the Hells?

Use hyperdia.com to estimate the fees for each leg of your trip and compare it to the JRP. It might end up being more economical to fly to Nagasaki and travel around Kyushu with a Kyushu pass or something else.
I do not think the buses are covered by the pass, but I am not 100% sure, so hopefully someone else can confirm.
