Nankyu Ferry inquiry

Hi

I am planing my visit to Cape Sata then heading to either Kagoshima or Ibusuki.

I heard that there is a ferry that can save the driving time but the ferry time seems to be very limited and i heard that it is limited to 7 cars normally. But has anyone tried it? I can't find the instructions on how to reserve and the schedule of the ferry as well as the cost of them. I can't read japanese at all.

There seems to be no web reservation system. You can visit the office to reserve as well as by phone. I think telephone call is the only practical method for reservation.

I don't think they understand English, so you may better ask someone who understand you and speak Japanese (maybe a front staff of your accommodations).
