Hi,
Can I ask what are the buses I can use the pass in Hokkaido?
Does this pass include using on Donan buses also?

The Japan Rail Pass and Hokkaido Rail Pass can be used on local buses operated by JR Hokkaido Bus (but not express buses). The lines are listed here (mainly in the Sapporo area, but a small number of lines also elsewhere): https://www.jrhokkaidobus.com/timetable/time/The passes do NOT cover any other bus companies, such as Donan Bus.
