Cycling in Nagoya and bicycle rental

I hire a bicycle to get around when Ifm in Kyoto. I would like to do the same in Nagoya. Is it easy to cycle about to see the cherry blossoms?
I see shared bicycles schemes dotted on Google map. How reliable are they? Is the app in English? Will it be easy to secure 2 in the last week of March?
