Seats for RomanceCar with Hakone Freepass

Hello,
I will go to Hakone from Tokyo for 1 day and I paid for 2 Hakone FreePass for 2 peuple (6100 per person with an option for RomanceCar)
I Saw that I Can pay only 1150y to reserve seats for the train from Shibuya but on emot-tickets.jp, when I'm booking, they said that my réservation will be cancelled if I don't pay and the price are like I don't have passes (2400y)
Can someone help me please?

The supplement fee for the Romance Car from Shinjuku (not Shibuya!) is 1200 yen per person if you buy it as paper tickets and 1150 yen per person if you buy it online. If for whatever reason e-mot wants to charge you 1200 yen, the I recommend to make your online reservation here, where you get charged only 1150 yen: https://www.web-odakyu.com/e-romancecar/?language=en&country=
