Icoca and Haruka set

Hi All,

1. I came to know from https://japancheapo.com/travel/cheapest-way-kix-to-kyoto-osaka-kobe/
about ICOCA and Haruka set for 3,800 one-way. This set includes a Haruka Express ticket and an ICOCA card. The ICOCA will have 1,500 loaded on it and a refundable deposit of 500 if you return the card at the end of your trip. A nice bonus with this set is that the ICOCA cards have limited edition designs that you can only get at Kansai Airport.

2. Further i came to know that if you have ICOCA the one-way discounted ticket is 1800 instead of 2200.
Where in KIX can i buy this?

3. Family of 4, 2 Adults and 2 Kids (15 & 10 years)... Kids tickets are discounted, what do i have to do to get a IC card for kids.

The Icoca&Haruka set was discontinued in autumn 2023.
