hi:) im a student from england and me a friend are coming to japan in april and cannot wait! however it is very daunting as japan looks so different to england. we know we want to spend a couple of days in tokyo but will 3 days be enough time to see everything? and what are the main things to see?? we have 2 weeks in total so want to go to kyoto aswell. any help would be greatly appreciated!!! thankyou very much.

It depends on your interest in Tokyo vs. in other places and on your travel pace. Three days sounds like a good time period for Tokyo if you have two weeks in total and have a moderate interest in the city. What to see in Tokyo: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2164.html
