im travelling to kansai region on nov 3-8. where is the best place to see changing color of leaves? (autumn)?

It depends on the temperatures of the specific year, but in an average year, you have to go up a mountain to see the colors that early in the Kansai Region. One nice place is Koyasan. Alternatively, you can travel northwards. Eiheiji Temple in Fukui can be nice around that time of the year.
