Tokyo-Kiso Valley-Matsumoto in one day?

Hi All, Just wondering how realistic this is? We will depart Tokyo on an early morning train to Nakatsugawa and then get the bus to Magome. We will aim to arrive in Magome before 11am to take advantage of the Magome-Tsumago luggage transfer service. We will allow six hours for sightseeing and the hike between Magome and Tsumago. After having dinner in Tsumago or Nagiso we will take an evening train to Matsumoto. Thoughts and advice appreciated. Thanks.

I would like to recommend you about dinner in Matsumoto not in Tsumago and Magome there are not many restaurant in Tsumago and Magome. Have a nice trip.
