Sakura blossom in Sendai and Fukushima

Dear sir,madam
I have read from japan guide they said differrently.
in cherry bloosom forcast said
Fukushima Opened April 2 full April 6 to 14
Sendai Opened April 3 full April 8 to 16
But inside imformation at each place said
Hanamiyama Park Mid to late April (fukushima)
Shiroishi Riverside Mid to late April (sendai)
I plan to go 2 place in 19 april 2015
Could you tell me that day Is it in full bloom?
Which reference can I believe?

I was at Hanamiyama park last weekend and it was at or near full bloom. The information you saw about "mid- to late April" is probably for an average year.
