I will bring 1 suitcase and 1 backpack while visiting japan, for my short trip to osaka and kyoto i will only bring my backpack. Where can i put my suitcase for 2 days? From friday 9 am to monday 9 am with the cheapest price of course . Thank you

Your Tokyo Hotel may well store it for you. Otherwise send it by takhaiuban to your last destination. 1500Yen for a medium case isnft a holiday cost breaker

If you luggage isn't so big, something smaller than 28", you can put them into the lockers at any JR station or metro station, you can keep them for up to 3 days (JR station, not sure about metro).
