Is it worth a visit? Can't find much info. A lot of cruise ships dock here. Any major sights to see or food to experience?

Muroran is not far off of Toya Lake
At Toya, theres onsen and cable car. Muroran by itself theres nothing much there (i did my research for my last trip, i skipped Muroran for Toya instead
