Alps Shinsyu/Hida Open Ticket

Reading this forum I saw that there is (or there was) an Alps Shinsyu/Hida Open Ticket for 4 days. Then, I realized that the post date was several years ago.

I'm planning to stay 5 or 6 days in the Alps, so it would fit me really good.

So... my question would be, is it still available this ticket?

Whether or not it pays off depends on your itinerary, for example, you'll barely break even if you are based in Takayama and to a trip to Shirakawago and a trip to Okuhida.

I'm thinking to book the accommodation in Takayama and move to Kamikochi, Okuhida, Shirakawago and the last day to Kanazawa so as to take the Shinkansen to Tokio.

But you are right, maybe the best option is think about the visits that i will want to do when I arrive there.
