- When is it held?
- Directions from Shinjuku station or Tokyo station to the place?
- Anyone who has been there and have tips to share?

The kiyose station it is possible to go in the Seibu Ikebukuro Line from Ikebukuro.

It is convenient Yamanote Line to Ikebukuro from Shinjuku.
I think to Ikebukuro from Tokyo that's convenient to Shinjuku via a chuo line.
