Access to Mizusawa Kannon from Ikaho Onsen

Is the Gunma Bus route linking to Takasaki (http://sys.busnet-gunma.jp/cgi-bin/search/timetable.cgi?itm_num=344&in=%96%A5%8B%BD%89c%8B%C6%8F%8A&out) an only possibility to get to Mizusawa Kannon?

As far as I can see, a bus stop with the same name (Mizusawa Kannon, 水沢観音) is also on the Gunma Bus route from Ikaho Onsen to Shibukawa Station (http://sys.busnet-gunma.jp/cgi-bin/search/timetable.cgi?itm_num=622&in=%88%C9%8D%81%95%DB%88%C4%93%E0%8F%8A&out). Is it the same stop as on route to Takasaki?

And also on the Kanetsu Bus route from Ikaho Onsen to Shibukawa (http://sys.busnet-gunma.jp/cgi-bin/search/timetable.cgi?itm_num=142&page=1&high=&area=&in=&out=) is a bus stop "Mizusawa entrance Visitor Center" (水沢入口ビジターセンター前). Is it somewhere not far from the temple?

You may take either Gunma bus from Ikaho Onsen to the Mizusawa Kannon stop. Do not take the Kanetsu bus to the Mizusawa Iriguchi Visitor Center, that stop is 3km away from Mizusawa Kannon.
