Late night arrival Haneda to Nishikasai

Due to our flight changes, we will be reaching Haneda airport at 11pm. While we still can catch a bus to Kasai, and if we miss the last train to Nishikasai, are there any taxis available at late hours and if it does, how much will it cost?

Hello.
Kasai station has taxi stand at west exit.
I think you can take a taxi at late night.
It is approximately only a kilometer from Kasai station to Nishikasai station.
I think it costs about 1000 yen.
