Utoro home stay, airbnb, guest house

Would like to get some recommended accommodation in Utoro, Hokkaido. What I find on the internet are the big hotels.
I will need accommodation that are short walking distance( at most 10-15min) to bus terminal as we are not driving.

Are there public onsens we can use, with a fee?
