When is the first bus leaving Kusatsu onsen?

Hi all,

I am travelling to Kusatsu in Nov 2023. I have been planning for my transportation and all the results shows that the first bus (02 ‘Œy•a‰@όor 01 ‹}s‘Œyό) from Kusatsu to Karuizawa leaves at 9:50am. Does anyone know if there's anything earlier than that? I would like to get to Karuizawa by 11am if possible.

9:50 is the earliest departure for Karuizawa.

Alternatively, the first bus to Naganohara-Kusatsu-guchi Station departs at 6:20, which can get you to Takasaki at 8:31 and Karuizawa at 8:58.
