Hakodate morning market

I will be staying nearby the Hakodate morning market and planning to cook a hotpot meal.

Are there eggs, vegetables, raw chicken meat and raw beef meat at the Hakodate morning market square?

Or where else to buy those? Any small supermarket nearby the market selling the above?

MaxValu store seems far away from the market.

Some convenience stores sell eggs and some vegetables, though you could pretty much go to any kind of supermarket and find what you need pretty easily.

The MaxValue is at about 800 m from the market. Wouldnt call that far. So if you don�ft find your ingredients at the market you can go easily to the supermarket if none of the shops in the market area has what you need.

It has been a while since I was there last (Nov'22), but other than beef, I think you should be able to get the other items. Most of the markets I go to like that usually have vegetables and various meat options, not just fish (and whale).
