Bus from Ichinoseki to Kesennuma

I want to visit Kesennuma as a day trip from Ichinoseki and read that there is a bus connecting the two cities that operates 2-4 times a day and would save some time compared to the JR Ofunato train however I couldnt find something on their website (the route is apparently run by Iwateken Kotsu). Could somebody please help me figuring out if this bus route is still available? Thanks for any help and kind regards!
