Event dates Tokyo

I would like to know of any definite/approximate dates for any of the following 2024 events in or near Tokyo. Accommodation plans will be based on some of these dates.

Tokyoy Yosakoi
Tokyo festival in Toshima city
Pacific Saury Festival
Ramen Festival
Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival.

Tokyo ramen Festival will held from 26 octob er 2024 to 5 november 2024 entry to the komazawa olympic park in setagaya ward is free but you need 1000 yen ticket for bowl of ramen,without ticket you cant eat ramen , known as tokyo ramen show,nearest statio is komazawa daigaku station in denentoshi line

The Yosakoi Matsuri is probably from October 5th to 6th.

They don't give out for free at the Meguro ward festival in October, but they seem to sell grilled saury.
