How to purchase package to gala yuzawa

So I'm planning to buy a 1 day shinkansen roundtrip+ gondola ticket from tokyo station to gala yuzawa. It's called jr east view dynamic rail package day trip product. So basically it's included shinkansen ticket for go and back(same day) from tokyo station to gala yuzawa and gondola ticket. It's 8.300 yen. BUT to buy the package at jre-travel (dot) com is so complicated.
1. The website only accept japanese name for reservations.
2. You have to type half width or something like that.


My question,
1. Can i just use Japanese name converter on some website to fill in the name?
2. I already asked jr east office at narita but they said package can only purchase online.
3. If i succeed book the package using false japanese name, where can i exchange the ticket? Is it in the machine or jr office?
