Welcome Suica coverage on certain lines

Hi All,
I will be taking Welcome Suica card from Haneda Airport, just have a few questions.
1) Does the card work on Tokaido(JT line) and Keihin-Tohuko (JK) line?
2) Can I travel inside Kyoto with this card?

Yes, in the Tokyo region the Tokaido Line can be used all the way to Atami. And the Keihin-Tohoku Line can be used along its entire length.
2) Can I travel inside Kyoto with this card?
Yes, it can be used on virtually all trains, subways and buses in Kyoto.
