14 days trip to Hokkaido (from Sapporo) starting from October 12th. Can you recommend me itinerary to this time?? Can I do it with public transportation?

Day 1 ,2 ,3: sapporo
You can buy sapporo subway pass=830 yen
JR hokkaido bus 1 day pass=800 yen
Day 4 ,5 ,6:oshamanbe,biei,shintoku
JR hokkaido 1 day pass= 2540 yen
Day 7, 8 ,9:Furano ,asahikawa
Asakuru pass 1 day =1200 yen

I am sorry to say October in Hokkaido is almost winter. If you don't have car it will be even colder. Further most sightseeing spots in Hokkaido are outdoor and windy.
