Cheapest bus from Yokohama to Osaka?

I live in Center Minami (Tsuzuki-ku) and am looking for either a day or night bus from
Shin-Yokohama or Yokohama area that runs to Osaka.
Anyone know the cheapest buses possible to get there (and the pricing)?

And since there might be a cheaper bus from Tokyo, it could actually be cheaper to backtrack to Tokyo by train and catch the bus from there.
