Registering Suica From the N'Ex Package

Hi guys, I have been to Japan once and actually registered my Suica card back then (Ok, I admit it was just for the sake of "personalizing" it).

I am wondering if I purchase the N'Ex + Suica package, will I still get to register my Suica card? And I heard the card that the package issues will come in a different design too?

Sorry for asking such trivia questions, but am quite a collecting freak. :x

I'm pretty sure all you have to do is use it, as it already comes preloaded with 1,500 yen.
