Dog show Nov 2011 Nihon Ken Hozonkai

I heard from friends (they also don't have further info...) about a dog show near Osaka this November 2011, but unfortuantely I can't read Japanese and just know a few words. It is a specialty show for Japanese Breeds, like the Shiba, Shikoku etc. I would like to know where and when it happens.

It's on Nov. 19 & 20, in Himeji city (bus details to get to the venue are mentioned), but what I cannot see is whether this is a public event, or one for more for breeders and dog owners who want to bring in their dogs for the contest...
