Transportation & advise ?

Hi, will travel to Japan fr 18dec-23dec with 4adults & 3kids(3,7,9yrs), will stay in Ueno (Sutton Place Hotel), will reach Narita airport at 8.30pm. What transport can we take? Day1 , we will walk around Ueno area, day 2 will go to Tokyo Disney , so left 2 days to travel around city area, will be around Yamanote line, so what kind of pass should I buy ?Dec 20 go to Disney, is it a crowd day, must buy fixed ticket or can buy at entrance? Lastly 23 Dec, flight Going home at 1030am, what time should leave Ueno station?

From Narita the Keisei Skyliner is probably your best option to Keisei Ueno station. Depending on when you clear customs/immigration you should be able to catch a 9:38pm train (or 9:07pm).

Individual tickets will be cheaper probably. I'd consider purchasing a Suica prepaid card as that will make it easier instead of buying tickets each time.

Their guess is 23,000 I think which is relatively low.

Lastly 23 Dec, flight Going home at 1030am, what time should leave Ueno station?

I'd use hyperdia and enter in your desired arrival time (say 8:30am) and choose type "Arrival"

A 7:32am Skyliner is scheduled to arrive at 8:20am so that's the one I would choose (depends on your date of course)
