I heard this year autum have been delay. Would it means Hanami will fall in the mid of April ?

No, the November and December weather has virtually no influence on the timing of cherry blossoms. It is mainly the temperatures in February and March that will be the deciding factor.

There are predictors and when the blossoms are actually beginning to bloom there are websites that say how far along the flowers are, such as what percentage have bloomed, when they have peaked, and when they are dying/dead.
But it is too soon right now for any information to be out about the 2012 blossoms. Even if you find info, you won't be able to trust it. It's too early.

coming to japan 21 march to 29 march....hopping to see some sakura but i heard recent year sakura will always come around early or mid april.....
should have book my ticket on april
