assist sumo training with a HIS tour?

hello i m a italian photographer, i will be in tokyo from 23 december to 3 january (exept 2-3 days in Kyoto) i would like assist and take some photos of Sumo training, i tried to got some info and i also wrote an email to Arashio beya but didnt get any reply.
so i thougth maybe its better join some organized tour, i read somewhere that HIS organize this "sumo tour".
where i can get info and subsribe in Tokyo?thanx

On Dec.25 there is a event. you can see thier training and after it you will have Chanko(Nabe)with Rikishi(fee:6000yen)

Other way you can see their training from out side of their window.
they don't do training every day, to check trainging schedule
you need to call 4pm-20pm day before you go there, they don't reply by mail.

You may take photo but use only personal use. not allow to put on personal blog, or any place on third party can be seen. need permission from Sumo Assocition.
