here is my schedule
day 1 arrive at 3:00pm KIX
day 2 kyoto jr pass activate ( 7 days )
day 3 nara
day 4 kobe
day 5 tokyo spend the night
day 6 more tokyo and back to osaka
day 7 .....
day 8 maybe wonder around osaka
day 9 .....
day 10 flight back at 5:00pm

I assume you are asking for suggestions on how to fill the blanks. Many of the cities you intend to visit, especially Kyoto, justify multiple day stays.
