is there any bus operation during 7th-14th March 2012 to Kawaguchiko 5th station or Fujinomiya 5th station ?

No, the buses to the Kawaguchiko 5th Station don't start operation until March 17. The ones to Fujinomiya 5th Station probably not until July.
