Airport Car Shuttle

Hi there. We're 4 people in a family, all adults and we thought it would be more convenient to take the car shuttle from our hotel to Narita Airport. We understand it will be more costly than taking the limousine bus or the NEX. Has anyone have any feedback using the service from http://www.tokyoairporter.com/ (Tokyo Airporter). Also, how bad will the traffic be at 6plus in the morning? Our flight leaves around 11.30am Much thanks!
